If you forget the administrator password you specified, initialize the printer to revert the password to the default setting. how to do this = revert the password to the default setting. thanks very much

with the printer turned onPress and hold Stop button and release it when Alarm lamp flashes 23 times.

administrator password that has changed, it is no longer the serial number.
