Sadly, no. I’ve been waiting for this to be resolved for MONTHS. Canon has left us in the dust. No professionals even respond to our updated postings/requests for help anymore.
FYI-Just tried removing the drivers and reinstalling again. Still cannot scan. I also updated the Image Garden software this time, too. But that didn't help. Really hating Canon at this point!
