Canon MX922 - "Failed to connect to the access Point" error message

Company replaced my router with identical Hitron Model CGNM-2250.  Now trying to reconnect printer to WiFi and keep getting "Failed to connect to the access point".  Router/WiFi is working fine for all other desktop, phone, TV, devices.

 

Printer Setup does not provide a window to enter the new WiFi Key (password).

Hi johnsonbnp,

 

Please use the WPS method to connect your PIXMA MX922 to your network.  When using a Hitron router, the password entry screen will not display on your printer.

 

Please refer to your router's manual to enable WPS on the router, as WPS is disabled by default.

 

Once enabled, please follow the steps on this page to connect your PIXMA MX922 to your network:
