Hi Community,

Any ideas on how we can talk Canon into making their own version of the problematic Tascam CA-XLR2d? In that vein, what is a good way to send Canon product ideas?

Thank you,

Scott

The only method that I know of to give Canon feedback is to click the "[+] Feedback" at https://www.usa.canon.com/

>> Owns/Owned both Canon EOS mirrorless full-frame and APS-C cameras and associated RF, RF-S and EF adapted lenses - inventory tends to change on short notice. Same for flashes, tripods, bags, straps, etc.

Why not ask TASCAM to make one?

And what is wrong with the TASCAM?

It turns out it works with most Canon cameras with the accessory shoe:

Hi KV,

The Tascam is great in theory, but they are known to stop working. Mine only lasted for two shoots.
