Look into the 430EX III-RT or EL-100. The 430EX III-RT is a replacement of the 430EX. Also this new version allows you to change settings from the camera menu.

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear about your Speedlite. The 430EX was retired back in 2015, so we no longer have spare parts or offer support for it.

To explore our current technologies, we recommend contacting our Canon Upgrade Program Specialists at 1-866-443-8002, available Monday through Friday.

We hope you have a great day!

Since the 430EX was retired from Canon support in 2015. Have you thought about replacing it with a newer model speedlite. If so what camera do you have and what is your budget to spend on a new speedlite. Canon has been phasing out older speedlites with the older 5 pin hot shoe. Newer speedlites use the new multi function hot shoe found on most newer EOS R series cameras. Older EOS R series use the older 5 pin hot shoe found on DSLRs and older speedlites such as the 430EX.

I have a Canon mirror-less EOSR

What camera exactly do you have the original EOS R or any of the newer models with a number in the name such as the R8.

It's the first the original EOS R

I quick search shows both of those are discontinued also.

There’s also the EL-1 but most people don’t need a speedlite that powerful. Canon has been transitioning their flash products to the new multi function hot shoe. These new flashes are INCOMPATIBLE with all DSLRs and older EOS R series cameras. This is due to the hot shoe being physically different. So you’ll have to look into an older model EX series speedlite.

I bought a used 430EX III-RT. Thanks!
