I assume you mean through the optical trigger system?

Can't say I've done it, but the MR-14ex can function as a master, and the 600ex-RT can function as a slave.  So it should be possible.

OK.  Couldn't find the "master" access.  I'll have to go back and read the manual again.

There's a little bit of information here, on the second page:

Note the part about the MR-14EX being assigned to both A and B group.  Limits flexibility a bit, but there's a custom function that would allow you to assign the 600ex-RT to one of those groups.
