No, the YN560III is a basic manual flash. It does have a radio receiver that works with their trigger but it's not a TTL system and not compatible with the Canon system.
Canon RT only plays nice with Canon RT. You can't mix and match with other RT systems. So if your YN flash did have RT capabiliites it still would not work with Canon. The only recent excpetion is the new Yongnuo YN-E3-RT transmitter. YN will one day introduce a Canon RT compatible flash.
