My Canon 40D and 60D cameras came with a quick pocket guide.

Curious if Canon has the same thing for the 580EXll Speedlite?

Nope just the user guide. There are 3rd party quick guides you can buy. I bought a laminated one for my 600EX-RT from B&H. It is way more extensive than those ones for your cameras.
