So I recently purchased a 430EXIII-RT and already owned a 320EX. I was hoping to use the 320 as a slave but I can not seem to get my 320EX to fire as a slave off of the 430.
I tried both ETTL and Gr mode with the 430EXIII-RT as Master with the flash on camera in the shoe. I Scanned the best channel for my location and set '2' as the channel instead of 'AUTO'. The flash will fire in the shoe on 3 bodies.
On the 320EX I set the switches for 'Slave', Gr 'A', and Ch '2'. 3 feet apart. The Video light flashes in the slave mode but the 320 will not fire.
Bodies: 6D Original, 5D Mark II, 1DX Original.
Using and setting up wireless is new to me and I cant seem to find a post where anyone is using these two together.
Any advice?
