I took a picture of the lunar eclipse last night, but I'm not going to post it. I botched it horribly. It was late and I was tired, and I wasn't thinking straight.
I used an aperture of f/5.6 and an ISO of 12800. which blew it out entirely. In addition, I metered off the dark part of the moon, because it had some detail, which just added insult to injury.
The result was a white, blobby mess. Looked like somebody had kicked over a can of white satin paint, and just smeared it all over the sky.
