A western bluebird struck a pose on a pine tree tip where only wind goes. He stared me down from way up there, full royal attitude, mid-air-flair. He chirped like, "Hope you brought good glass," as if my lens were second-class. I took the shot. He held his reign. King of the treetops once again.
