A "rolo" is a trick in bodyboarding, where you execute a barrel roll/corkscrew rotation off the lip of the wave. I caught this surfer in the middle of pulling one in Newport Beach, CA.
He's about midway through the trick in the first pic, and 3/4 through in the second. And yes, he nailed it! 🤙
