It's a nicely candid shot with good exposure control. The imaginary diagonal line from lower left to upper right created by the guitar is textbook attention to composition. The two yellow splotches keep a dead-center subject from feeling too dead center, again a nod to great composition. I enjoyed this shot. Thanks for posting.

The guitar and the yellow lights keep that diagonal visual flow going.  I love how they seem to work in tandem, even if unintentionally!

And they sort of echo the ascending lower left to upper right line. This is an excellent capture.
