I live in an old farmhouse that's 102 years old.
For the last month and a half, I've been undergoing a renovation to the kitchen.

You did a great job on flooring. But I think you need to get some other furniture for this room. Well, it's just an idea.

Kitchens in old farmhouses have so much character to work with. I did a reno on a space with some old-school vibes too, and one thing that really brought it together was updating the skirting boards. I found a solid skirting board company that had styles that fit the vintage look but still gave the space a bit of a refresh. It's one of those details that might seem small but can totally tie everything together in a place with that much history.

Very nice renovation. That is something that can be a challenge. I asked a local contractor if he did remodeling. He said no as he didn't like to correct other people's mistakes. My wife has the TV turned to several shows for renovating from a room to an entire house.
