I can see why the riders need to have knee protection!  You do great shots of the action!
Great  you share your gear used and the EXIF settings.  Also good to show shots of action using the R10 and a legacy EF lens - which is admittedly an awesome one!

This was shot with the lens right next to a chain link fence so that softens the as the fence is so far out of focus. I've honestly been really positively surprised by the capability and the results with the EOS R10 even with older EF lenses - of which I have many. 

I did also take a lot with the EOS R6 Mark II using the same lens from other parts of the track.

This is one of a short sequence of frames, since every single frame was tack sharp I just selected the one with the best rider position.
