This was taken December 2022 when I saw posts about this. It is Bald River Falls in the South Cherokee National Forest.

Steve, many thanks. Seems it is already cold here in the sunny South. Mt. Le Conte in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park registered 3 degrees with a wind chill of about minus 20 if I recall. Coldest in the contiguous US. And seven and a half inches of snow.
