My bad.  Both pics Canon EOS R with RF 28-70 2.8 lens.  Top pic is ISO 400 f 7.1 w/ a 0.8 second exposure.  Bottom is ISO 200 f7.1 and 1.3 second exposure.  Had to use lower resolution files so I could upload here.

My complements on framing the shot with the pay-to-view binoculars. Sort of a contrast with the skyline in the distance and the binoculars in the foreground. Thanks for the specs.
