Not that I'm knowledgeable on everything--because I so know I'm not--but I did discover that ENDEM apparently is a known graffiti artist. "ENDEM" also appears on some silos north of Bakersfield on Highway 99.
I took advantage of the overcast sky to naturally enhance the colors.
