This is the last operational skid-row hotel in Downtown Bakersfield. The one across the street diagonally got into such a horrible state that it got boarded up. This isn't Bakersfield's only skid row.
This was shot with a Canon R100 and the 28mm RF "pancake" lens. That combination is a wonderful rig for street photography and urban photography.

Haha. I'm not interested in the plate arriving with a massive bone. I will say that the filet mignon at the KC Steakhouse is to kill for.
