Lovely countryside photograph, and I originally thought it was in the UK! 

I've just finished reading Ansel Adams autobiography and only now realise the impact he had on your National parks. He must have been a very formidable person to meet. Plus, yesterday, I  received my copy of his book "In The National Parks" 

So I'm having a great time.

Excellent photograph. My next thought is how is the fishing there.

For Ohio photographers, there is an S bridge along old US 40 west of Cambridge, Ohio. Zanesville, Ohio has the only Y bridge in the US.

Ok you guys got me hooked here in the UK.

So what's an S and Y bridge?

I'm in the US and I also don't know what S bridges and Y bridges are, so don't feel so lost. 😅

My understanding is that the Y bridge in Ohio is actually an intersection in the middle of the bridge; it has three different avenues?...that's all I got. I am just guessing, but thinking an S bridge is one where the span is not straight?

So the stream on the side I was standing is a few feet deep, and beyond the bridge it widens and is very shallow. I saw some fish, carp? trout?, on my side but did not see many people fishing nearby.

Thanks, that sounds logical. I expect the Y junction could be tricky when swapping over!
