Helping out my father in law install his CanoScan LIDE 90 scanner into a new Windows 11 Dell. There's no CD Rom drive to install the drivers, Windows 11 doesn't seem to recognize the scanner at all--even when I manually look for it, and the Canon website instructed me to download a Windows 8 driver. I did that and I get the following error message: "this program is for 32 bit intel-compatible programs only. The program will be exited. I am then told the installation is incomplete.
Any thoughts on how I can get this scanner to work?
