I have a 2 year old ImageClass D570 printer/scanner. It worked fine for 2 years but yesterday it started cancelling scanner jobs I sent it from my PC (Windows 11 on a USB connection). The printer still worked. I reinstalled the drivers on my PC and restarted it. The printer still works but now the Scanner won't even recognize the PC. I tried both the Canon MF Scan Utility and PC's own scan software.
It still prints and scans from my wife's MAC no problem. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
