Apologies in advance, as there is no scanner forum, so not sure where else to go. I've tried to call Canon support and they refuse to help me because I purchased my scanner a few days over 1 year ago.
I have a Canoscan LIDE 120, that has worked great. This is my third one, as whenever one breaks, I purchase a new one.
I am trying to install the scanner driver software on my new laptop, and although everything goes through perfectly and says that it has installed, no new applications appear in my Applications folder to use to scan. I've installed 4 separate times and restarted my computer nearly 10 times. I've searched for "Canon." I've searched for "Scan." Nothing.
Working on a MacBook Air running macOS Mojave 10.14.6
Any suggestions? Thank you!
