Canon DR-M140 scanner

Good morning,

 

I am received a "C" error code on my device.  The cover is closed and I have disabled the device and enabled device.  It continues to blink this error code.  How can I reset the device?

The error will point to a hardware issue or a jam in the scanner. In this situation, you can try checking the scanner for jams using the steps in the link provided HERE. If you are unable to locate any jams in the printer, it looks like the scanner needs service. You can contact our support team at 1-800-652-2666.
