I just bought a ne lide 400 scanner. The specs stated this item was compatible with Windows 11. I have a new Windows 11 computer and I'm trying to set up the Lide 400 scanner. I've made sure the computer software is up to date and I have installed the scanner driver updates from the Canon website. The end result is that the scanner installs to a point. I can manually scan. However, I can not get the scanner to interact with the computer any further. I have no icons on my desktop to operate the scanner. I can not get the document from the scanner to the computer and I really don't know what else I'm missing. Please help me resolve this issue. I don't want to have to return the scanner. Petrina
