My CanoScan LIDE 300 won't copy. My computer says all my Windows 10 updates are current as of today, May 15, 2022. How do I fix this so I can copy using this sdanner?

To use the Copy function, a printer must be installed on your computer and that printer must be working from that computer.
Who is the manufacturer and what is the model number of the printer that you own?
Please open the IJ Scan Utility on your computer. Once open, please click the Photo button on the IJ Scan Utility. Are you able to successfully scan?
