firmware update for c100 mk 2 but dc cable missing

Hi,

I'm planning to update firmware for c100 Mk 2 but my dc cable is missing. Is it possible to update just a fully charged battery without the power cable attached? I'm afraid it will affect the installation process.

According to that firmware's instructions, you need both a fully charged battery _and_ the power adapter plugged in.

It is either or. I had no problem updating the firmware with a fully charged battery. I think the idea is to make sure the camera doesn't shut down during the update which would corrupt the file system.
