I was in the middle of the shoot when the audio went out. When I looked in Function, I noticed that Audio Scene and Audio Levels were both greyed out. What's going on?

Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the Mode: Ensure that your camera is not in a mode that disables audio settings, such as Auto Mode. Switching to a different mode like Manual or P (Program) mode might help.
Disconnect External Mics: If you're using an external microphone, disconnect it and see if the audio settings become available. Built-in microphones might have different settings compared to external ones.
Inspect Connections: Make sure all cables and connections are secure and not damaged. A loose or damaged cable can sometimes cause these issues.
Reset Settings: Try resetting your camera's settings to default and see if that resolves the issue.
Consult the Manual: Refer to your camera's manual for specific instructions on accessing and adjusting audio settings Learn more
