Hello, I have a VIXIA HF G20 that was used exactly one time. After turning it off and then back on to use the next day, I'm getting a black screen on the display and nothing is showing up. To power it off, you have to remove the battery. It seems to be unresponsive to any button presses or lens zooming. When powered on, it makes the normal sound and the Access button flashes, but nothing is displayed.
Again, it was used one time, in a stationary setting, not bumped or dropped in any way. The next day it stopped functioning. Any advice on how to resolve this would be appreciated.
