Streaming c200 and c100 together

Where I work I have 4 C200’s and 1 C100 mki 1. We do streams often with the 4 C200’s using ATEM production studio 4k. I would like to incorporate using the C100 as another angle, but can’t seem to get the cameras to work together. I’ve tried all options of different system frequencies, and frame rates in different combinations. I either get just the C100 coming through or the 4 C200’s. Both C100 and C200 have a system frequency of 59.94 hertz, but the ATOMOS show the C100 coming through as a 1080i59.94, is there a problem because it’s AVC/HD on the mki C100? Has anyone streamed these two models together successfully? Or anyone know a workaround with software or anything?

The HDMI output of the C100 is 1080i. If it is available on the C200s you may have to set them to output 1080i as well making sure that the framerates match. I'm guessing here as I don't have an ATEM. AVCHD will not affect the HDMI output.
