Hey guys!
I recently bought an XA60 and realized that it works very poorly in low light. Not only that, it works poorly in sufficient light as well.
Image with a lot of noise, no information in the black areas. There simply isn't information on a hair, for example.
The image quality is worse than any cell phone front camera, even at the best 4k settings.
I want to believe that my equipment is defective or that a firmware update is on the way.
Recording with the XA60 has not been satisfactory at all.
Send new equipment for assistance, here we go.

The XA60's sensor is indeed quite small, so that alone will not make it do stellar work in low light.
Can you describe more details about the currently lighting you have in typical scenes? Outdoors in full sun? Morning/Evening outdoors? Other?
Can you post particular frames that exhibit the issues you're seeing (along with metadata)?
