ink running - Pro 100

What would cause the ink to run together and blur the photo after printing on a Canon Pixma Pro 100?  It worked fine a few days ago.

Be sure that you are printing on the correct side of the paper. It's an easy mistake to make. The wrong side may yield the result you describe.

Thank you.  I will double check that.  This past year was one of the worst ones for my family ever.  I've been so busy that I probably put it in wrong.
