We just got a TC-20M printer at work and want to use it to print 24"x18" documents. We bought a 24" roll of paper and its printing beautifully but seems to cut the paper at 24" so it ends up being 24" x 24" instead of 24" x 18."
Is there something we are doing wrong? We have the paper size set to 24" x 18" but it keeps cutting the roll at 24" instead of 18" and then we have to trim it ourselves and it wastes 6" of paper.
Do we need to just buy 18" rolls of paper instead or is there a setting we can change?
