imagePROGRAF PRO-310 keeps switching to A4 paper size

Hi

Printing from Photoshop. Despite selecting paper size (A3) and type (pro luster) in the print settings dialogue boxes, the LCD on the printer shows A4 Pro Platinum (presumably to tally with the free paper that came with the printer). I can alter this on the LCD, but as soon as it starts to print, it reverts to A4 Pro Platinum highlighted in the LCD. I am perturbed!
