I purchased this printer in August but have only just started using it.

I print from Lightroom classic usually but when the settings are done and ready to print this error message 

keeps coming up. 

can anyone help please

Please click HERE for more information about this error. If the paper is loaded correctly, and the error wont clear,  I recommend reaching out to Canon support. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.

Hi,

I did speak to Canon but even they could not resolve the problem so now it has gone back to them to sort.

the only problem I have is that for this to happen in just 6 weeks I have now lost confidence in it.

I had my Pro 10S 8 years and no problems but then people will say that problems can arise whether new or not.
