So recently, I've been having the banding issue that some folks have been reporting with their PROGRAF 1100 I've been trying to solve the program but one issue I'm hitting a brick wall with in the Media Configuration tool and not being able to select the proper paper size when I try to calibrate my paper feed rate for custom media.
I have some Hahnemuhle 13x19 Luster paper, so I downloaded the AM1X file and imported it into the MCT and loaded it onto my printer. In MCT, I click edit custom paper. When I run the paper feed calibration option, the dialog box does not allow me to select 13x19 nor does it have an "auto" option. The only options are letter, A4, A2, and 17x22"
I've also tried making a custom paper profile from scratch, but I run into the same issue. Everything I see says that the paper feed calibration needs to be specific to the media you're using. Any suggestions?
