imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 How to Recycle Maintenance Cartridge MC-20

Hello, I have a maintenance cartridge MC-20 from an imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 and am trying to figure out how to recycle the cartridge I have looked through the Canon Recycling Program but cannot find that the cartridge is supported to be sent to canon and be recycled. Would anyone know the process to recycle these cartridges?
