Hi All

I'm new here, hope someone can help. One of the cartridge won't click back in after removing it.??

Check to see if on of small plastic latch parts has broken an is in the way.  Removing it allows cart to slide in and it seems to stay in place, under pressure, with no problem….so far 🥹
