Good Morning,
I do have two problems with a new plotter Canon iPF750, and I would thank some help.
1) When printing architectural drawings from a mac the lines are much thicker than when I print from a windows, which are good. I have installed "iPF650655750755760765-Drv-MacX9-362" and "iPF650655750755760765-Drv-MacX8-307" drivers in two different computers, both downloaded from canon website.
2) In some files, the information seems not to arrive to the plotter. We are using wifi connection, so might it be solved with a cable? It is not a heavy file (about 10mb), and we had no problem with another one of 3mb. Is there any option of processing the information in the computer instead?
Thanks for your help

I forgot to mention, in relation with the second issue, that in the remote UI in the non plotted pages it apears "0" as number total of pages for the document, so it seems that the server recognises the file but not its content?
thx
