Weird lines on edges of print Pixma Pro 100

Over the last year, I have been getting these lines on the edges of some of my prints. They only happen to certain prints, so I'm not sure why this is. I use this professionally to do my prints for shows, so I'm not sure if it is due to use. I have tried all the print/nozzle checks and it does not help.

Is the image aspect ratio compatible with the paper size and settings?

Can you do a one-for-one comparison of settings with a working and non-working print?

Yes. It is a 13 x 19 with exact same aspect ratio as the other prints that turn out fine.
