The corner of the image comes out entirely blue with Pro-200

I am having an issue with a photograph Ive been trying to print, and I can't figure it out. 

The corner of the image comes out entirely blue. I have gone so far as to copy the sky in a different part of the image and paste it into the area that was printing incorrectly in Photoshop, but the same thing happens. 

This is not happening with other images, but it happens with this one even when the part that I copied from prints fine...I am really stumped
