Pro 9500 nozzle check printing only bottom half of pattern on red, green and cyan colors.

Pro 9500 printer nozzle test prints only bottom half of red, green and cyan colors.  Bottom half is normal (no streaking & etc.).  Top half is completely blank.  Problem started with one color and progressed to three.  Since the three colors are in adjoining tanks, on the right end of the tank assembly, is there possibly something something in common to the three?  Could it be a control problem?  Cleaning (both normal & deep) and replacing tanks have had negative results.  Print head alignment will not function.  "Unable to do printhead alignment."

Hi skm,

It looks like you have done the recommended troubleshooting for this issue by running through the cleaning options.  When the nozzle check is incomplete in any way, we suggest running through one cleaning, and one or two deep cleanings. If the nozzle check does not improve, the printer may requires service; however, the best thing to do would be to get in touch with our technical support team at http://bit.ly/Phone_Support for further assistance. They will let you know if any more options are possible and where to go from there.

Thanks!
