Pro-10 Error 6A00

I'm getting an error code 6A00.  I've been printing with 13x19" paper, and nothing is jammed in the printer.  I tried turning it off and on, and even unplugged it.  The last thing I did before it stopped working was replace an ink cartridge.

Does anybody have an idea what might fix this?  I just got the printer, and it's only printed around 20 sheets so far.

All the 6xxx error codes require Canon service.  Call them and ask what to do.
