I am unable to print a jpeg from Photoshop CC as it shows up in the dock of Print Studio Pro as a generic icon with a question mark. It is a black and white image that is flattened. Other jpegs that are also open in Photoshop at the same time show up properly in the Print Studio Pro dock. Any suggestions?

If you are able to print other jpeg from PSP, it has to be something you did to that one jpeg and not a PSP issue?

Believe that I've found the answer. The images that don"t show up are ones converted to grey scale in Bridge. If you take the saturation down to 0 for all the colors but it remains in the RGB color space, the black and white image shows up in the dock.
