Pixma pro 100s green cast on prints

JonS

Hi I'm using Mac OS Tahoe and experiencing a strong green cast on prints . I printed a test sheet and the Photo Magenta block was blank, I cleaned these nozzles and the PM block was still blank, but also now the Yellow and Magenta are blank. I can't see why these would be worse after a clean - what can anyone suggest as a next step?

Thanks in advance

I don't understand "cleaned these nozzles".  The cleaning function is described at https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/s/article/ART162916.

As cleaning consumes a fair amount of ink others here and I have found that weekly-ish test sheets are a good way to keep the nozzles from drying out and clogging.

If this doesn't work I recommend calling Canon support at 1-800-OK CANON is 1-800-652-2666.

If Cannon cannot resolve the issue I found a mention of soaking the print head in online searches.  This guy is using third-party ink, which I cannot recommend, but if all else fails it might be worth a try - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KKdCDqpa3XI
