My Pro9000 has given me 11 years of excellent service but is now leaving black lines on front and back of photographic prints and plain paper. I suspect that I need to clean the rollers but that option is not present on the maintenance screen and I cannot see how to access them. I hope the time has not come for me to buy a new printer!
