I am unable to connect my Pro 100 printer to my laptop. I was gone for several weeks and upon returning home it will not connect. I have done the following
1. Removed and reinstalled the driver, several times
2. Tried connecting to Wifi and it won't even find the printer
3. Restarted my computer, unplugged everything and tried again.
I have a Windows 10 computer
Can anyone help me troubleshoot or have a suggestion on how I can get this to connect.
Thanks Ann
