Pixma Pro-100 printing black lines on prints

I did all of the cleanings and still getting black lines, even on the test print. Help!

Dirty or contaminated rollers. Clean them.

I have run the the roller cleaning function several times. Is there a more in-depth way to clean them menually?

Try some denatured alcohol on a quip or clean rag. The roller cleaner function doesn’t clean really contaminated rollers. It’s a kinda fell good I did something.
