My pixma pro 100 is not recognizing ink cartridges at all. Hoping someone can give me something to try. Message i get is "an ink tank cannot be recognized". It wont recognize any of them. For a few months, this happened every time i replaced ink, but turning it off and back on always fixed untill recently.
The lights are all on when i open it, but if i take one ink out they all go off, seemingly till I turn it off and back on.
Figured a longshot, but hoping for a miricle if anyone has advice or ran into this before.

Hi Gravesart,
Please open the cover to your printer and remove all of the ink tanks. Please make sure that all of the tape/cellophane has been removed from each ink tank.
Also, please make sure that you are using the correct ink. From left to right, the correct ink is:
CLI-42 M
CLI-42 PC
CLI-42 Y
CLI-42 BK
CLI-42 GY
CLI-42 PM
CLI-42 LGY
CLI-42 C
