PRO-10 stuck on huge paper size

Every time I send something to my PRO-10, no matter what size paper I specify, it comes out enormous.  For example, I sent this portrait, letter-sized document to the PRO-10:

and it came out like this:

Here are the settings:

Nothing I do seems to change this.  Help!

I'm on an iMac running OS 10.14.6.  The printer is connected via USB.  I am using Pages 10.1 for word processing and Affinity Publisher 1.10.4  for layout, mostly for greeting cards.  I have a PRO 100 going into exactly the same setup and never have this problem.  I tried reinstalling the driver, turning the printer on and off, honestly anything I could think of, but the PRO 10 always does this giant printing, even with the smaller greeting card stock printing from Affinity Publisher, so I can't really use the printer. Very frustrating!
